William Strojny - Founder

Mr. Strojny is the Founder of ICRIS, LLC.  He began his career as an EEO complaints investigator with the Department of Defense and has performed hundreds of EEO counselings and investigations, both domestically and internationally.  In 1994, Mr. Strojny founded The International Civil Rights Investigations and Settlements Project (ICRIS). Since then, ICRIS has been providing EEO consulting services to numerous federal agencies.

John Perri - Owner & President

Mr. Perri joined ICRIS in 2004 to assume the role of Business Manager. Prior to ICRIS, his career included experience with small "start up" technology companies, in addition to well established government contracting firms. In 2009, Mr. Perri acquired an ownership position in the company and is currently the Owner & President.
